F and P Construction will be working with Panattoni Construction on the Nissan of Reno project. Nissan is expanding its building and service department and re-doing the parking lot. Our contract is to demo the existing parking lot and other improvements, re-grade the parking lot and install new sewer, water, gas, and electric utilities to the building. Nissan will remain open during construction.
F and P Construction is the contractor for the Crystal Peak Park Verdi Mill Pond Liner Project. We will be removing one foot of existing material and placing a new “fish grade” eco-friendly liner and backfilling the material back over the top. The Pond Liner will allow the county to finally fill the pond we constructed in 2007. The original pond lost too much water through an aquifer and could not hold maintain its elevation. The pond when completed will be stocked with native cut-throat trout and provide ADA accessible fishing for everyone.
F and P Construction is doing the Grading and Utilities for the Springwood Equestrian Center in Palamino Valley Sparks. This 40 acre site is being developed as a fantastic Equestrian Center. The site will have an indoor and outdoor area and supporting facilities.

We are the Grading and Underground Utilities contractor for the new Maverik Convenience store on Panther Dr. and N. Virginia St. Our scope of work includes mass grading, underground utilities, structural excavation and backfill. Utility work includes extending 1000′ of 8″ Ductile Iron Water main to the site.
We are working for Watts Construction the General Contractor on the project. This is our fourth Maverik store in the area, we also worked on the Maveriks in Fallon, Stead and Ambassador Way. The Maverik stores are very high quality and dedicated to being the best the area.
